Amish Salmon Croquettes Recipe
Serves/Makes: 8 croquettes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh salmon fillets, flaked
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Fry the salmon croquettes in hot oil in heavy skillet until browned on both sides.
