Asparagus and Shrimps with Oyster Sauce Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound shrimps, cleaned
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 onion, minded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minded
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Dash of pepper
How to cook Asparagus and Shrimps with Oyster Sauce:
  • Saute the garlic and onion then add the shrimps and simmer for a minute.
  • Add the asparagus and stir until half cooked then add the oyster sauce and pepper then simmer until done.
  • Serve the Asparagus and Shrimps with Oyster Sauce hot with steamed white rice.
