Bahamas Grilled Red Snapper Fillets Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8

Ingredients:

  • 8 red snapper fillets (6-8 ounces and 1-inch thick each)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • Juice from 2 limes or lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons spicy mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Bahamas Grilled Red Snapper Fillets:
  • Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  • Add onions and saute until clear, add garlic, lemon/lime juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Place the red snapper fillets on grill turning them frequently while brushing liberally with sauce.
  • Fish is done when inner most area is white and flaky.
