How to cook Baked Crab with Avocado
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Put layers of crab and avocado, sprinkled with lemon juice, in oiled casserole. Top with soup.
- Cover with bread crumbs with melted butter poured over crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
