Baked Shad Roe with Potatoes Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4 - 6
Ingredients:
- 2 shad roes
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
- 6 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
- Put all ingredients in a small baking pan.
- Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes, then serve.
