How to cook Barbecued Rainbow Trout
- 1whole rainbow trout, about 4 pounds
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fill cavity of fish with chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, along with salt and pepper.
- Wrap fish in foil. Barbecue fish approximately 10 minutes on each side.
