- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans lima beans or 2 packages frozen lima beans
- Make a roux with oil and flour; saute onions until transparent.
- Add lima beans, shrimp and water as necessary and cook 30 to 40 minutes.
