Chef Paulin's Salmon Bread Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cans salmon with juices (bones removed)
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) catsup
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) baking powder
- 1 slice of bread
- Into a narrow bread pan, mix together all ingredients.
- Bake into a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven, for 40 minutes.
