Cod Fish Balls Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8 - 10

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds fresh cod fillets
  • 1 quart potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to cook Cod Fish Balls:
  • Combine ingredients and boil, covered, for 25 minutes.
  • Drain well and mash, roll into 2 inch balls and deep fry.
