Cornflakes Sea Bass Fillets Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bass fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 cups crushed cornflakes
How to cook Cornflakes Sea Bass Fillets:
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Dip fillets in mixture and then in bowl of crushed cornflakes.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve the Cornflakes Sea Bass Fillets immediately with baked vegetables and lemon wedges if desired.
