Creamy Shrimp Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (454 g) hot, cooked shrimps
  • l pound (454 g) hot, cooked scallops
  • 1 (10 1/2-ounce / 284-mL) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 (10 1/2-ounce / 284-mL) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) butter or margarine
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 pound (227 g) fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Hot, boiled noodles
How to cook Creamy Shrimp Casserole:
  • Melt butter or margarine brown together chopped green pepper, mushrooms, celery and onion.
  • Heat together cream of mushroom and cream of shrimp soups.
  • Stir in browned vegetables stir in cooked scallops and shrimps.
  • Serve, over noodles.
