How to cook Deep Fried Frog Legs
- 12 double frog legs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- Wash and dry frog legs.
- In a paper bag put flour, salt and pepper.
- Add frog legs to bag and shake; then dip into beaten eggs.
- Roll in bread crumbs and deep-fry.
