Easy Baked Alaskan Pollock in Wine Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Alaskan Pollock (haddock, cod or scrod)
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
How to cook Easy Baked Alaskan Pollock in Wine:
  • Pour 3/4 cup wine over fish and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Remove fish. Cover with sauce, onion, salt, green pepper and 1/4 cup wine.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  • Baste with wine.
