How to cook Easy Baked Alaskan Pollock in Wine
- 1 1/2 pounds Alaskan Pollock (haddock, cod or scrod)
- 1 cup white cooking wine
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- Pour 3/4 cup wine over fish and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Remove fish. Cover with sauce, onion, salt, green pepper and 1/4 cup wine.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Baste with wine.
