Easy Baked Barramundi with Mushrooms Recipe
Serves/Makes: 2 - 3
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Barramundi fillets
- 1 cup assorted mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper
- Put all ingredients in a casserole with the Barramundi fillets on top.
- Cover and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
