How to cook Easy Baked Creamy Halibut
- 1 pound halibut
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Fine bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Marinate halibut in white wine and salt a couple of hours.
- Drain halibut dry with paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion. Spread over halibut. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
