Easy Baked Creamy Halibut Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 - 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound halibut
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Fine bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
How to cook Easy Baked Creamy Halibut:
  • Marinate halibut in white wine and salt a couple of hours.
  • Drain halibut dry with paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion. Spread over halibut. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
