Easy Broiled Smelts Recipe

Serves/Makes: 3 - 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound smelt, cleaned and boned
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
How to cook Easy Broiled Smelts:
  • Brush smelt with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place on tray in oven and broil each side until brown and crispy. May be cooked on a grill instead.
  • Arrange on a platter with new potatoes.
