Easy Broiled Smelts Recipe
Serves/Makes: 3 - 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound smelt, cleaned and boned
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Brush smelt with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place on tray in oven and broil each side until brown and crispy. May be cooked on a grill instead.
- Arrange on a platter with new potatoes.
