Easy Dill Poached Salmon Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounce each
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- White pepper to taste
- Place the seasoning salmon fillets with pepper in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill and garlic clove in the pot. Add lemon juice.
- Cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve over rice.
Notes:
Can be ready in 20 minutes.
