Easy Dill Poached Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounce each
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • White pepper to taste
How to cook:
  • Place the seasoning salmon fillets with pepper in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill and garlic clove in the pot. Add lemon juice.
  • Cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  • Serve over rice.
