Easy Fried Carp (Pollock, Hake) Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 - 6


  • 2 - 3 pounds carp, (Pollock, hake)
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Salt and black ground pepper to taste
  • Flour for coating
  • Pickled cucumbers, sliced into circles to garnish
