Easy Jewish Salmon Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) can salmon, drained
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • Pam or canola oil
How to cook Easy Jewish Salmon Patties:
  • Place salmon, onion, egg, and crushed Ritz crackers in food processor and process until blended.
  • Form into 6 patties.
  • Spray frying pan with Pam or light coating of canola oil.
  • Fry patties until lightly browned on both sides. Place on paper towel and drain.
  • The fried salmon patties can be served hot or cold.
