Easy Salad with Smoked Whitefish Recipe
Serves/Makes: 8 - 10
Ingredients:
- 1 large whole hot-smoked whitefish (4 to 5 pounds)
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 cup diced celery
- Mayonnaise, enough to moisten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Remove bones and skin from fish. (Skin may be saved to stuff salad into.)
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
