Easy Salmon Casserole Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 1/2-ounce / 440-mL) can flaked salmon
- 1 (10-ounce / 284-mL) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bread crumbs or cubes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put in a shallow casserole.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven, for 30 minutes.
