How to cook Easy Sauteed Smelt
- 1/2 pound smelt (cleaned)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- Melt butter in nonstick skillet.
- Saute onion until soft and translucent.
- Add smelt and saute 10 minutes with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Serve over cooked rice.
