Easy Ukrainian Fish Balls (Tolcheniki) Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 fish fillet.
- 2-3 ounces flour
- 1 onion
- 3 ounces oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop fish fillet finely, add flour, salt, oil and pepper.
- Stir thoroughly and shape small balls.
- Poach in salted boiling water.
- Chop onion finely, fry in oil until golden brown, and serve with tolcheniki.
