How to cook Filipino Marinated Fish (Kinilaw na Isda)
- 1 whole fresh milkfish (bangus) or tuna, tangigue, etc., about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds
- 1 root ginger
- 1/4 cups vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Clean, debone, and cut the fish in small cubes.
- Mix the fish in a mixture of vinegar, salt, and slices of ginger.
- Let stand for one hour in the refrigerator, then serve cold.
