Filipino Shellfish in Calamansi Juice Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 - 3

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup shellfish (your choice mussels, farm snails or sea snails, clams, etc. or a combination of them) meat
  • 10 to 15 stems kamote (Filipino sweet potato) tops
  • 1/2 cup calamansi juice
  • Salt to taste
How to cook Filipino Shellfish in Calamansi Juice:
  • Simmer the shellfish in calamansi juice.
  • Season with salt to taste. Add the kamote tops.
  • Continue cooking until done.
  • Serve the Filipino Shellfish in Calamansi Juice with steamed white rice.
