French Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8 stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 small can tuna fish
  • 1 small can anchovies, cut
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs, boiled 10 minutes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons capers
How to cook French Stuffed Tomatoes:
  • Cut a small slice of the top of the tomatoes and take the insides out.
  • Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, eggs, anchovies, and capers well together and stuff the tomatoes with this mixture.
