Fresh Salmon Chowder Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 stalks celery with tops (diced)
- 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add salmon and milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
- Serve.
