Fresh Salmon Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 stalks celery with tops (diced)
  • 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 cup water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk
How to cook:
  • Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add salmon and milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.
  • Serve.
