Ginataang Pusit (Squid in Coconut Milk) Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pusit (squids)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pure coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spring onion (for garnishing)
How to cook Ginataang Pusit (Squid in Coconut Milk):
  • Saute the garlic then add the squids and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add the vinegar and soy sauce then simmer for 8 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste then simmer for a minute or until done.
  • Sprinkle with spring onion then serve the Ginataang Pusit (Squid in Coconut Milk) hot with steamed white rice.
