- 3 cups broiled mahi-mahi
- 1/4 cup almonds or macadamias, chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple, crushed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Shred mahi-mahi with fingers.
- Combine fish, nuts, pineapple, mayonnaise, curry, and egg.
- Mix well. Form into patties. Fry or broil.
