Inihaw na Galunggong (Grilled Mackerel) Recipe

Serves/Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 big size galunggong (mackerel shad)
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
How to cook Inihaw na Galunggong (Grilled Mackerel):
  • Slit the fish slightly in the body then marinate it with lime, soy sauce, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  • While waiting for the marinate heat the grill to make the rack hot to avoid the fish from sticking on it.
  • When the fish is ready grill it until done.
  • Serve the Inihaw na Galunggong (Grilled Mackerel) hot with your favorite dipping sauce and lemon rings.
