Italian Baked Cod with Mozzarella Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fish (or any kind of white fish) fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 4 ounces mozzarella
  • 2 ounces bacon
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and fresh milled pepper to taste
How to cook Italian Baked Cod with Mozzarella:
  • Put the cod fish fillets in an oven dish, press the juice out of the lemon and sprinkle it over the fish, put salt and fresh milled pepper on them.
  • Cut the mozzarella in slices and put them on the fish, put the bacon on the mozzarella.
  • Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) during 25 minutes.
