Italian Baked Cod with Mozzarella Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cod fish (or any kind of white fish) fillets, about 6 ounces each
- 4 ounces mozzarella
- 2 ounces bacon
- 1 lemon
- Salt and fresh milled pepper to taste
- Put the cod fish fillets in an oven dish, press the juice out of the lemon and sprinkle it over the fish, put salt and fresh milled pepper on them.
- Cut the mozzarella in slices and put them on the fish, put the bacon on the mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) during 25 minutes.
