Korean Easy Pan Fried Fish Recipe
Serves/Makes: 2 - 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cod (or any white flash fish) fillets, about 8 ounces each
- Flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cut cod fillets into thin slices.
- Salt and pepper cod slices.
- Coat each cod slice with flour and then dip into beaten egg.
- Drain, pan fry with some vegetable oil until egg coat gets a little bit of color.
- Serve the pan fried cod (Saengseon Jeon) with soy sauce.
