Parmesan Baked Alaska Pollock Recipe

Serves/Makes: 3 - 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Alaska Pollock fillets
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook Parmesan Baked Alaska Pollock:
  • Place the Alaska Pollock fillets in greased baking dish.
  • Spread on the Alaska Pollock fillets the mixture of sour cream, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt and pepper.
  • Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
