Parmesan Baked Crab Meat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6-ounce / 170-mL) can crab meat, drained and shredded
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10-ounce / 310-mL) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) boiled rice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh breadcrumbs (white only)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) melted margarine
How to cook Parmesan Baked Crab Meat:
  • Mix together cream of celery soup, salad dressing and milk.
  • Mix in crab meat and rice divide mixture among 4 small shells.
  • Mix together breadcrumbs and melted margarine.
  • Sprinkle creamy mixture with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated 325 degrees F (160°C) oven, for 20 to 25 minutes.

Note:

Instead of crab meat - shrimps, scallops or any other shellfish can be used.
