Parmesan Baked Crab Meat Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 (6-ounce / 170-mL) can crab meat, drained and shredded
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10-ounce / 310-mL) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) salad dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) milk
- 1 cup (250 mL) boiled rice
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh breadcrumbs (white only)
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) melted margarine
- Mix together cream of celery soup, salad dressing and milk.
- Mix in crab meat and rice divide mixture among 4 small shells.
- Mix together breadcrumbs and melted margarine.
- Sprinkle creamy mixture with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 325 degrees F (160°C) oven, for 20 to 25 minutes.
