Parmesan Fish Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4


  • 8 ounces (227 g) frozen fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces (227 g) frozen fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) Dijon mustard
How to cook Parmesan Fish:
  • Mince together parsley, bread and Parmesan cheese into a food processor; set aside.
  • Into a clean bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Lay fish fillets into and oven-safe dish; evenly spread yogurt mixture over fish fillets.
  • Sprinkle yogurt mixture with parsley mixture.
  • Bake into a preheated 450°F (230°C) oven, for 15 to 20 minutes.
