Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound shrimps cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat, cooked
  • 1 (10-ounce) package bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Major Grey Mango Chutney
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup half-n-half or milk
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 scallions sliced
  • Golden raisins
  • Toasted cashews
  • Toasted coconut
How to cook Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad:
  • Prepare pasta according to package directions drain and chill.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney, vinegar, oil, curry powder, and half-n-half.
  • Toss chilled pasta with celery, scallions, and seafood.
  • Drizzle pasta with curried chutney dressing.
  • Sprinkle the Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad with raisins, cashews, and coconut to taste.
