Ingredients:

  • 2 lobsters lobsters
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill, minced
How to cook Simmered Lobsters in Sour Cream:
  • Wash lobsters in cold water.
  • Cook in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain crack and remove lobster meat from shell.
  • Place the lobster meat in pot and add sour cream.
  • Simmer on low heat until sour cream turns pink.
  • Serve the simmered lobsters with sour cream and dill.
