Smoked Arctic Char Spread Recipe
Serves/Makes: 2 - 3 cups
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Package Smoked Arctic Char
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- In large mixing bowl, mix the Smoked Arctic Char, cream cheese, capers and lemon juice to create the spread.
- Serve with crackers.
