Thai Easy Broiled Half Shell Mussels Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (2 pounds) frozen half shell mussels
  • Juice and zest of three limes
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 finely chopped chillies
  • 2 tablespoons fresh finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
How to cook Thai Easy Broiled Half Shell Mussels:
  • Lay frozen mussels out onto tray and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Oven bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients and spoon onto mussels.
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes on high until golden.
