Tuna and Grapefruit Salad Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna fish, drained
- 2 grapefruits, halved
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) lemon juice
- Capers
- Delicately remove pulp from each grapefruit half; arrange into a mixing bowl.
- Well clean the inside of the peel of each grapefruit half; set aside.
- Drain grapefruit pulp; delicately mix in tuna fish, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Fill grapefruit halves with tuna fish mixture.
- Decorate with capers and serve.
