Tunisian Spicy Catfish and Tomato Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound catfish fillets, cut into large chunks
  • 2 1/2 cups pulped tomato
  • Harissa to taste, start with 1/2 teaspoon
  • Large handful chopped coriander leaves or parsley
How to cook Tunisian Spicy Catfish and Tomato Stew:
  • Put the pulped tomato, harissa and herbs into a pan, bring to the boil.
  • Remove from the heat and add the catfish chunks.
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve the Tunisian Catfish Tomato Stew with some boiled potatoes and fresh vegetables.
