Chef Paulin's Salmon Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cans salmon with juices (bones removed)
3 eggs
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons (30 mL) catsup
1 tablespoon (15 mL) mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL) baking powder
1 slice of bread

Into a narrow bread pan, mix together all ingredients.
Bake into a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven, for 40 minutes.
