Russian Pie with Fish Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6 - 8

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rye flour
• 1 cup wheat flour
• 2 ounces butter
• 3/4 cup water
• Salt to taste
• Yolk to brush

Filling
• 1 1/2 pounds fish fillet
• 2 onions
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons milk

How to cook Russian Pie with Fish:

• Knead dough, roll out finely 1/2 inch thick, sprinkle with flour and put in a fridge for a half an hour.
• For the filling, grind fillet and onion in a mincer, add milk and oil and knead the filling.
• Put the filling evenly on a half and cover with another one, pinch the edges and brush with yolk.
• Bake in a preheated oven on low heat for 1-1,5 hour.
