Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound shrimps cooked, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat, cooked
- 1 (10-ounce) package bow tie pasta
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Major Grey Mango Chutney
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup half-n-half or milk
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 4 scallions sliced
- Golden raisins
- Toasted cashews
- Toasted coconut
How to cook:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions drain and chill.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney, vinegar, oil, curry powder, and half-n-half.
- Toss chilled pasta with celery, scallions, and seafood.
- Drizzle pasta with curried chutney dressing.
- Sprinkle the Shrimp and Crab Pasta Salad with raisins, cashews, and coconut to taste.
