
Easy Ginataan Hipon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
- 1 (16-ounce) can lite coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to cook Easy Ginataan Hipon:
- Wash shrimp, but leave in shells. Put into a saucepan with coconut milk, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Garnish the Ginataan Hipon with the parsley or coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
