
Easy Grilled Chili Shrimps Recipe
Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimps (prawns), shelled
- 2 chili peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon coarse sea salt
How to cook Easy Grilled Chili Shrimps:
- Mix the chili peppers with the lemon rind, the garlic and the olive oil and pour over the shrimps (prawns).
- Marinate them one hour, then grill in a grill-pan or under an electric grill about 1 – 2 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle the sea salt on top of the grilled shrimps (prawns) and serve hot.
