
Easy Indian Mustard-Seed Shrimps Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6 – 8
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds shrimps (prawns), shelled
- Bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
How to cook Easy Indian Mustard-Seed Shrimps:
- Fry the onions, garlic and chilli pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimps (prawns) and fry 2 minutes more.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and heat for 2 minutes.

Cucumber Bean Sprout Salad Recipe
Cucumber Bean Sprout Salad Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, cleaned and cut in julienne
- 3 ounces bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh milled black pepper
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- Piece of ginger root, grated
How to cook Cucumber Bean Sprout Salad:
- For the dressing, mix the salt, lemon juice, wine, garlic, ginger root and sesame oil.
- Put the cucumber and bean sprouts together in a bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
