
Easy Jewish Salmon Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) can salmon, drained
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- Pam or canola oil
How to cook Easy Jewish Salmon Patties:
- Place salmon, onion, egg, and crushed Ritz crackers in food processor and process until blended.
- Form into 6 patties.
- Spray frying pan with Pam or light coating of canola oil.
- Fry patties until lightly browned on both sides. Place on paper towel and drain.
- The fried salmon patties can be served hot or cold.
