
Filipino Crabs with Jackfruit in Coconut Milk Recipe
Ingredients:
- 15 small crabs (talangka)
- 5 long green peppers (siling haba)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups jackfruit (nangka), cleaned and cut in cubes
- 1 can coconut milk (gata)
- Salt to taste
How to cook Filipino Crabs with Jackfruit in Coconut Milk:
- Brown the garlic, then add the talangka. Season with salt, cover and simmer.
- When talangka is turning red, add coconut milk and jackfruit.
- Bring to a boil, then drop the green peppers.
- Salt to taste. Cook until done.
