
Filipino Fish Tinola (Tinolang Isda) Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 whole fish, about 1 pound
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or corn oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sliced zucchini
- Patis (fish sauce) or salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
How to cook Filipino Fish Tinola (Tinolang Isda):
- In a medium saucepan, heat oil.
- Saute onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Add fish and zucchini.
- Season with patis or salt and pepper and simmer until done.
